Reality:
Let's suppose a virus does get backed up with your files. You can restore important documents and databases and
spreadsheets -- your valuable data -- without restoring an infected program. You just disinfect the infected files
or reinstall programs from master disks. It's tedious work, but not as hard as some people claim.
